New World by AJ Fernandez Puro Especial Gordo 6″ x 60

The New World Puro Especial Gordo is the thick 60-ring size of the original New World, the all-Nicaraguan blend that put AJ Fernandez’s New World line on the map in 2014.

It sets a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan Habano binder and Nicaraguan filler, at a medium to full body. Expect cedar, black pepper, espresso, cocoa, and a sweet, earthy core. At 6 by 60, the wide gordo keeps the smoke cool and the flavors rounded over a long burn.

Bold, full flavor at a value price, made at the family’s Tabacalera Fernández in Estelí, Nicaragua. A big-ring Nicaraguan that overdelivers.

Pairs well with bourbon, espresso, or porter.
