It is made in the Dominican Republic with an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper and Dominican binder and fillers, keeping the line in the mild to medium range. At 6 x 54, the El Lector gives the blend more time to open up without changing its core identity.

The profile often begins with cream, cedar, and toast, then leans toward nuts, hay, and light honey-like sweetness through the middle.
